Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or errors.

Once an order is placed, it may not be cancellable. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are shown in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is transferred to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, preference, fit, comfort, color, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.fabiocielo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a remedy at our discretion (replacement or store credit) or as otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Fit, Sizing, and Comfort

Eyewear fit depends on face shape and personal preference. Any measurements or fit guidance we provide are for convenience only and are not a guarantee.

10. No Warranty

Fabio Cielo provides no warranty, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law are limited in duration to the minimum period required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including our name, logo, product names, images, videos, designs, and text—is owned by Fabio Cielo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for business purposes (including marketing). At Fabio Cielo, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

No Returns / No Refunds / No Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Fit, comfort, or preference

  • Color differences due to screen/device settings

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Promotional/discount purchases

  • Any other non-defect reason

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.fabiocielo@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video of the item

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a remedy at our discretion, which may include:

  • Replacement (same item, if available)

  • Store credit

  • Another remedy required by applicable law

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check your property and with neighbors/building staff

  2. Contact the carrier to open a claim

  3. Email us at info.fabiocielo@gmail.com and we’ll help with documentation where possible

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first at info.fabiocielo@gmail.com. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of order fulfillment and delivery.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under California or other applicable consumer protection laws. Where a remedy is required by law, we will comply.


3) SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, promotions, or launches.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.

Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be provided once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delays may occur outside our control.

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for tracking updates. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info.fabiocielo@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist with the carrier claim process where possible.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please follow the steps in our All Sales Final Policy.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees that are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
